The Opportunity:
We're seeking a visionary SEO Director to lead the charge of transforming our Owned Product offerings. You will be the architect of best-in-class SEO strategies, crafting and executing plans that drive organic growth, elevate brand visibility, and propel our Owned Products to the forefront of search results. Partnering with Client Directors and Owned Media Managers, you will ensure clients receive comprehensive SEO strategies that align perfectly with their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Organic Traffic Architect: Lead the development and execution of data-driven SEO strategies that maximize organic traffic, improve search ranking positions, and drive conversions for Owned Products.
- Client-Centric SEO Leadership: Collaborate with Client Directors and Owned Media Managers to translate client goals into actionable SEO plans, ensuring their success is our success.
- Organic Growth Strategist: Identify and capitalise on organic search opportunities for existing and potential clients, fostering sustainable growth trajectories for our Owned Products.
- SEO Evangelism Champion: Partner with Senior Management to shape internal SEO best practices and champion the value of SEO to clients and partners alike.
- Building and Empowering an SEO Dream Team: Build and nurture a high-performing SEO team by providing expert mentorship, fostering a collaborative environment, and implementing top-notch training programs.
- Agency Partnership Powerhouse: Cultivate strong and strategic relationships with media agency partners, leveraging their expertise to further enhance Owned Product SEO performance.
Who you are:
- 6+ years' experience within SEO, combined with other owned media channels.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good client facing experience combined with the ability to translate technical information.
- Analytically minded, with a thirst for knowledge.
- Team management experience with the ability to nurture and grow talent.
- Team player with the ability to have fun!
