About the role:
As a key player in our client's team, you'll be responsible for ensuring all installations meet high standards while prioritising safety.
* Coordinating installations with clients and our production team
* Briefing staff on ongoing projects
* Managing OHS systems & procedures
* Overseeing and assisting installers to ensure top-notch work within reasonable time frames
* Application of vehicle graphics, partial and full wraps, window graphics, building signage, and general signboards
* Maintaining a clean and organised work space
* Direct communication with clients and management
* Driving to and from on-site installations/removals
* Assuring day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service
About You:
* A minimum of 3 years of trade experience
* TAFE trade certificate, 3M, Avery, or other wrap courses completion
* Sound knowledge of various vehicle wrapping techniques
* Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong customer-oriented attitude
* Growth and continuous improvement mindset
* Excellent command of English with outstanding communication skills
* Experience with equipment like boom lifts or scissor lifts (preferred)
Requirements:
* Current NSW Driver's License
* White Card preferred not essential
* Strong work ethic
