$120,000 - $180,000+ On Target Earnings (Base & Commission)
About the Role:
1KOMMA5 is on a mission to reduce carbon emissions for Australian households. Help us make a real difference as the next generation of smart energy management technology arrives.
In this role, you'll primarily engage with customers over the phone, guiding them in selecting solar, storage, EV chargers, heat pumps and home automation solutions. You'll work with leads generated from our marketing efforts - prospects that have expressed their interest (NO COLD CALLING). Leveraging our marketing and CRM systems, high performers will be able to consistently exceed targets.

We're Seeking:
This role is ideal for articulate, self-motivated individuals who are ready to take an exciting, challenging, and rewarding step forward in their careers with long-term growth prospects.
Sales experience is a must, with a preference for those with a background in high-value retail or B2C sales.
Solar experience isn't necessary, however, you will need to show the willingness to dive in and learn quickly if you want to make the transition to the renewable energy industry.

Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in using software systems to manage your sales pipeline
- Closing - to be successful in this role you will need to be good at closing
Successful individuals in this role are self-motivated, KPI-driven (aiming for above-average results), confident, quick learners, and comfortable with technology such as CRMs and quoting software.

Salary: Up to and over $150,000+ per year OTE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, some days after hours, plus occasional events such as open days and Home Shows.
