About the Opportunity
This role is one of the key senior roles within the agency overseeing the development, execution and evolution of our clients' strategic initiatives. Playing a crucial role in their long term direction, while driving clients' growth opportunities. The successful applicant should have demonstrated success in brand planning and have the ability to converge data precision and marketing principles with imagination and flair to create compelling and culturally relevant brands and experiences.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Converging data precision & marketing principles
• Developing & executing strategic initiatives
• Strengthen branding, communication & wider marketing strategies
• Running portfolio brands while managing a team of strategists

About You
The successful candidate will have:

• High brand literacy with 5+ years experience working across all channels
• Culturally curious with an informed worldview and passion for uncovering what influences consumer's behaviours and values
• Able to design, implement and measure your strategies against a measurement framework and client objectives
• Experience managing multiple client's teams on projects and collaborating with multiple partners
• A high standard of presenting and exceptional attention to detail with strong grammar and writing skills
