This resource will be required to provide high level, specialised systems analysis to effectively evaluate processes and methods used in the NTG Records Management Systems and identify relevant modifications and/or additional system components to meet client agency needs. Experience with Micro Focus Content Manager is required.

Essential Skills and experience
Significant experience in business systems analysis
Significant experience in the development and maintenance of business classification schemes
Experience in implementing software upgrades and undertaking system testing, and liaising with technical service providers such as Micro FocusExperience in records management or records management systems, such as Micro Focus Content Manager is required
Knowledge of or previous experience in an Australian government environment, is preferred
