Job description

This role is part of the HR Cycles team and will be responsible for facilitation of the HR cycles to ensure Danoners area clear on role expectations and performance (Set your Objectives, Plan your Development, Keep regular catch ups, Assess your Performance and Understand your Compensation). They will also be responsible for attracting the best talent into Danone Oceania through leveraging our Employee Value Proposition and pro-actively sourcing the talent into Danone and driving the talent management processes. This role will also identify the strategic learning priorities particularly for Danone Culture, Leadership and Management, soft skills and for allocated portfolio of functions to ensuring we are developing the capabilities needed for the future.
HR Cycles:
Deploy the HR Cycle 5Cs across Oceania to ensure Danoners are clear on the role expectations, how their performance will be assessed and compensation
Ensure well developed and executed campaigns for: Set your Objectives, Plan your Development, Keep regular catch ups, Assess your Performance and Understand your Compensation
Involvement in the annual Compensation review campaign
Talent Development:
Provide input into Talent strategies & policies
Be involved in the annual Talent Review/Succession Plan cycle
Coordinate talent pool by having a clear vision to anticipate needs & available talent
Work with Global Mobility and talent teams on the hiring and relocation of international talent to Oceania through the Danone network
Talent Acquisition:
Activation internally and externally of the Employee Value Proposition
Attract and select the best people into Danone for allocated client group
Support and train Line Managers through the recruitment process
Long term view of talent needs for function and proactive scouting
Developing talent pools
Learning:
Define the Oceania Strategic Learning Priorities for Danone Culture, Leadership & Management and soft skills and develop learning programs to support these
For allocated portfolio identify functional capability needs and Learning solutions (leverage global learning & local solutions) and embeding these with our Danoners
