Senior Tax Accountants and Managers

We are seeking several super stars to join our clients in leading public practice accounting firms in Perth. The clients are fabulous mid-sized public practice accounting, advisory and audit service firms - all with a commitment to excellence. Your Role: As a Senior Tax Accountant or Manager, you will:
- Prepare and review comprehensive tax advice and reports
- Manage tax compliance, including income tax returns and tax effect accounting calculations
- Mentor and lead junior tax professionals
- Develop effective tax structures to address client needs
- Handle complex assignments within budget constraints, adding value
- Design and deliver internal tax training programs
- Provide precise, commercially viable advice based on intricate legislation
- Possess fantastic communication skills – our ideal candidates have great interpersonal and written communication skills. A strong command of English and are confident in leading client relationships, kick-off meetings, scheduling, writing and preparing client reports and presentations.
What You Bring: To thrive in this role, you need:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Strong technical expertise in tax and advisory services
- Experience in Corporate Tax or Tax Consulting (Big 4 or mid-tier firms advantageous)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Sound judgment and commercial acumen
- Proven stakeholder management skills with senior client personnel
- Ability to contribute insights for client and internal process improvements
- Proficiency in crafting technical reports and correspondence
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and skills enhancement
