The Role
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns for all entities (excluding SMSFs).
- Regularly liaise with large, complex clients to provide top-tier advice.
- Manage and review a team of accountants' work before passing it for the Partner's signature.
- Ensure the team's work meets the firm’s high standards of quality.
Requirements
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
- CA/CPA qualifications are preferred, however, experience speaks for itself.
- Expertise in producing financial statements and tax returns for all entities.
- Proficiency in Division 7A, CGT, and FBT matters.
- Ability to mentor, train, and review junior staff members' work.
- Strong communication skills for client liaison and retention.
- Ambition to excel and a genuine interest in equity pathways.
- A friendly and welcoming demeanour.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
