The Opportunity
We are actively seeking an experienced professional to join our Technical Training team in the role of Senior Technical Trainer. This position is a cornerstone of our organizational success, dedicated to advancing the knowledge and capabilities of our workforce and enhancing the satisfaction of our valued customers.
As the Senior Technical Trainer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to mentor and lead a team of Technical Trainers, overseeing the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workforce is not only equipped with the latest industry knowledge but also aligned with the highest standards of excellence.

Remuneration: Base + Car Allowance + Bonus + Super + more

What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated leadership skills with success in effectively managing and motivating teams
- Proven track record of delivering technical training and assessment within the mining / construction industry to both students and clients
- Ability to analyse situations, identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Qualifications in either;
- Cert III in Automotive Electrical Technology
- Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
- Hands-on experience maintaining heavy earthmoving machinery
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with computer-based software and programs such as;
- Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
