This Global Consultancy is based in the Brisbane CBD. This company has been expanding quickly into the Eastern Seaboard mining scene and is looking for an experienced Engineer.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior to Principal Geotechnical Engineer, for a global consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing geotechnical investigations, providing technical expertise for geotechnical projects, and performing problem-solving to ensure project success. The role requires regular liaison with clients and stakeholders and requires an ability to manage people and projects.
Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field
• At least 10 years experience in geotechnical engineering
• High-level experience in managing geotechnical investigations and project delivery
• Proven experience in designing geotechnical solutions for challenging projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage projects, including budgets and win work.
• Knowledge of relevant geotechnical software and technology
• Experience in the Australian mining industry or heavy industry
• Extensive experience in Dams, Tailings, and water would be highly desirable
• Brisbane-based office role in the CBD
• Over market value salary
