Job Description
- Assists with the coordination planning, development, promotion and delivery of the department’s mandatory and non-mandatory Corporate Training programs.
- Administration and compliance of mandatory training programs, including reporting to Executives, managers and other stakeholders within the department.
- Assists with the update, design and delivery of Corporate Training eLearning programs, including the department’s Leadership Development Framework.
Selection Criteria
Applicants should address the following four (4) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than four (4) pages in total.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. Cultivate productive working relationships with stakeholders, such as subject matter experts, trainers, colleagues and clients.
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and administration of face-to-face and online training programs.
- Demonstrated skills in the use of Learning Management Systems, including course design and delivery of inclusive eLearning programs for diverse adult learners.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
