A core business unit within Aon Risk Solutions, One Underwriting is an evolving and expanding underwriting agency, providing insurance and risk management solutions to our national network of general insurance brokers.
We’re looking to appoint an experienced Senior Underwriter to support the team, enabling us to continue growing our well-established classic, prestige and speciality motor portfolio and helping the business achieve its financial targets.

What the day will look like
- Processing of new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Debtor management
- Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts
- Maintenance of renewal and strike rate registers
- Create reports as required by the team
- Manage inter office and external referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurer partner, brokers and colleagues
- 5 years + experience in the Insurance industry with strong knowledge and interest in the motor industry
- High level of computer literacy- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet.
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Well-developed communication skills – oral and written
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with minimal supervision, or in a remote environment
- A well-developed market presence at a profession level.
