  • Research Strategy: Identify research needs, prioritise, and manage research initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across various disciplines (Design, Product, Marketing, Experimentation, Strategy).
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor researchers and team members on best practices in UX research.
  • Research Execution: Conduct research projects supporting all stages of the product design process (ideation to evaluation).
  • Communication and Dissemination: Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders with varying needs.
  • Manage research operations; including research processes, participant recruitment, and research tooling.
What you'll bring
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX Design with a strong research focus.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Human-Centred Design: Applied knowledge of Human-Centred Design principles.
  • Collaboration: Experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills, with an engaging presentation style.
