This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Valuer to join our Retail team. You will be working with our experienced team with a fantastic client base, undertaking inspections and producing high-quality reports.
About You
You are a qualified Valuer with a passion for investment valuation. You have experience in the Retail sector and take pride in providing accurate, knowledgeable advice to your clients.
You are a report writer, problem solver, can-do attitude type of person, and are ready to take the next step in your career and join a team of motivated, supportive, and nationally recognised Valuers.
What will you do?
As a Senior Valuer, you will be responsible for managing your own budget, completing valuation tasks independently, while always adhering to the company’s standards.
You will undertake comprehensive property and sales analysis, and produce detailed, high-quality reports to our clients.
You will liaise with clients and seek feedback, ensuring adherence to our client service delivery standards.
What will you bring?
You have an API Membership with current Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) status.
You have previous experience in the Retail sector or experience in a similar role.
You have excellent report writing skills, are an advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, and proprietary software such as Forbury.
You have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels.
You can prioritise and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
