THE ROLE At Estate, the role as Senior Waiter/ waitress is to aid our management team to drive and further develop our team. The successful candidate will be a part of the front of house service team, alongside our manager in a friendly and supportive environment with enormously high service standards.
In addition to an impressive a la carte lunch, high tea menu, plus events, our restaurant's success was built on exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will need experience in a similar managerial role in a successful venue.
MUST HAVE Exceptional English required, Positive, smiling attitude, Bubbly personality - a true love for interaction with guests & get to know regulars, Knowledge basic Excel preferred but not mandatory, Exceptional organization skills, Problem solving skills, Remain calm under pressure, RSA.

· A willingness to learn, grow and exceed guest expectations as a waiter/ waitress or wait staff/server in a high-end, high volume, a la carte restaurant.
