Bring your strong leadership experience to our team of dedicated community care workers. You will have a keen eye for detail, highly motivated to maximise client wellbeing in the home through the support and development of our highly valued Direct Care workforce. Known as a Senior Workforce Coordinator within Benetas, you will support the consistent, efficient and timely scheduling of direct care services to all Benetas clients and enable our staff to provide effective and high quality care.
Your day to day activities include:
Oversight of rostering practices
Workforce management and planning
Recruitment and retention of workforce coordinators, care workers, PCA’s
Client centred care
Complaints management
Management of staff compliance and training
To thrive in the role you will have:
Proven experience in leading a remote workforce including the track record of building capability and communication with employees
Exceptional client service skills with a proactive approach, and analytical and problem solving skills
Solid administrative with rostering/scheduling experience
Knowledge and experience with a Client Management System
High level of computer literacy, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positions
Ability to prioritise work, problem solve, and use initiative
Certificate IV in Aged Care and/or Disability or Business Administration or a relevant field
Relevant experience in a similar role highly regarded (team leader or coordinator in an aged care setting or community health setting)
Visit our Warragul Team at least once a month
