About the opportunity
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering valuable insights that improve the attraction, experience, wellbeing and retention of our people. Working in a small team reporting to the GM Employee Experience & People Analytics, your day-to-day may involve:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand where we could their business requirements and develop tailored reporting solutions.
- Utilise data to identify workforce trends and provide meaningful insights to support P&C business initiatives.
- Share findings with stakeholders in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner, promoting data-driven decision making.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of current reports and dashboards, making necessary updates as required.
- Continuously assess and improve data management, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role youu0027ll bring strong data analytics skills combined with a solid understanding of statistical knowledge and concepts of people metrics. Your Certifications in PowerBI and Excel knowledge are highly regarded to modify reports and dashboards, as well as experience delivering scheduled reports dashboards on an ongoing basis. Your working knowledge of HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) to effectively extract and integrate relevant data will see you thrive in this role.
