This part-time role offers a 3-day workweek. The working days are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, in the Perth office.

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Ensuring day to day upkeep, compliance and operations of our Perth office

  • Establishing positive partnerships with our landlord, suppliers and vendors to deliver and maintain an effective workplace

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for staff enquiries

  • Overseeing the management of employee work assets and office equipment

  • Providing invaluable provisional support re in-house events

Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?

  • Experience as a workplace or operations management (preferred).

  • Familiarity with purchasing from suppliers, particularly including catering and stationary procurement.

  • Proficiency in effectively managing and coordinating scheduled office maintenance operations.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service

  • Exceptional task orientation coupled with good computer skills
