Senior/Business Analyst

Our client is on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have an understanding of ERP software architecture, with the ability to map, define and standardise technology, data and business processes for effective solutions. This role requires strong collaboration skills, working closely with both internal team members and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. You will be responsible for analysing business needs and requirements, developing effective strategies that align with strategic plans and ERP roadmaps. Your role will involve mapping, defining and standardising technology, data and business processes for effective solutions. You will also need to understand ERP software architecture to provide these solutions. Collaboration is key in this role as you will be working closely with both internal team members and external stakeholders.

• Analyse business needs and requirements to develop effective strategies
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Map, define and standardise technology, data and business processes for effective solutions
• Align solution recommendations with strategic plans and ERP roadmaps
• Understand ERP software architecture to provide effective solutions
• Collaborate effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role
• Strong understanding of ERP software architecture
• You must be located in Australia, with full working rights.
• Ability to map, define and standardise technology, data and business processes
• Experience in aligning solution recommendations with strategic plans and ERP roadmaps
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders
• Experience with Technology One software
