Responsibilities & Duties:
- Consulting with stakeholders to identify, define, and plan improvement opportunities for our SEQT management systems
- Facilitate the review, update, and implementation of SEQT management system components such as training programs, standards, guidelines, auditing and reports
- Monitor compliance outcomes, and qualify indicators to meet organisational polices, procedures and targets
- Assist with changes, update and implementation of systems and processes
- Coordination activities associated with group improvement plans, such as external courses, auditing and risk assessment
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of SEQT management systems, plans, standards, programs, and how these are applied
- Experience in mining, or mine equipment maintenance
- Working knowledge of management systems(INX MyOHS, Moodle, articulate, blackboard, PowerBi) would be advantages
- Certificate IV in WHS
- Certificate IV in Training and assessment
