As a Service Administration Supervisor you'll play a central role in ensuring the seamless back-end administration for all customers internal and external. You'll guide and supervise our team to collaborate with various teams and departments to deliver exceptional service to our clients and maximise customer satisfaction.
In this role you will:
- Ensure that work in progress is reduced to minimum levels by supervising and guiding your team.
- Monitor the effective answering of calls, attending to customer drop offs/pick ups, booking & scheduling of work, and timely invoicing
- Action and rectify queries and complaints to maintain good customer service
- Work closely with the warranty administration team to ensure all warranty jobs are processed and updates are provided
- Attend to front desk and phone enquiries as required, redirecting where appropriate, or obtaining information and relaying to the right person
- Attend meetings and contribute to continual process improvement
- Have 5+ years of administrative experience with great computer skills
- Experience within a customer service environment
- Sound understanding of Automotive Dealership Service Environment
- Some supervisory experience would be great, but we're happy to work with the right person
- An understanding of basic parts warehousing principles would be ideal, but we can teach the right person.
- Great phone manner, strong email etiquette and the ability to communicate in a positive manner with clients and fellow employees
