The Opportunity
Wilson Auto have an opportunity for an Automotive Service Advisor to join their Team, based at Capalaba. This role is to deliver Customer Service Excellence to our valued Clients each and every day when they bring their vehicles in for Repairs.
The Role
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Keeping customers up to date on the progress of repairs to their vehicle throughout the process - Communication is key
- Greeting customers on the driveway and ensuring we offer them the best customer experience - following up all requests they provide
- Advising Customers on the additional work or products their vehicles require
- Liaising with team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time
- Assisting to prepare repair estimates and invoices
Your Essential Skills
- Previous Service Advisor experience essential
- A can do attitude!
- Time management, organisational skills, and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to support and work with other team members and departments
- Reliable, with good follow through when managing our customers and any other matters
- Exceptional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Professional work manner and presentation
