Role will include but is not limited to the below.
-Invoice reconciling
-Phone and email monitoring
-Information investigation for clients
-Assisting management with day to day tasks
-Managing client reviews
-Job scheduling and parts ordering
-Assistance with quoting
-Price checking
-Data entry
The chosen talent will be supplied an office set up completely fit out for an efficient workspace, work uniforms including shirts/pants & a negotiated wage based on experience.
Successful applicant must be familar with SimPRO and Xero systems.
To be suitable for this role, you must be able to work unsupervised, have a strong knowledge of the service-based industries with electrical/plumbing/air-conditioning background.
This role is casual with flexible with hours and could suit someone wishing to do school drop off or pickups and can be negotiated upon progression to the next stage of applicants with options to progress to full time as role expands.
