About the Role
You will be a highly motivated individual who will work within the Service Coordination team to arrange brokered services, one off purchases and schedule Carers into services (including peer support groups, counselling and coaching sessions) delivered by Carers SA and partner organisations. You will use your knowledge and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Finance systems to provide an efficient and effective service to both internal and external customers.

We are looking for candidates who:
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Have strong IT and communication skills
- Can establish strong working relationships with internal teams.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise and complete tasks within required time frames.
- Are experienced in the use of systems and databases and can ensure details are accurately recorded, extract reports and communicate with clients and service providers.
- Have a strong administration background.

Successful candidates will need to:
- Provide a National Police Clearance completed in the last 2 years.
- A current DHS Working with Children Check.
- Be prepared to undertake Child Safe Environments – Through Their Eyes training.
