The Role
We are seeking a suitable candidate to fill a part time - Maternity Leave position to undertake the role of Service Delivery Assistant to join our Aged Care Service team based in Alexandra, Victoria. The position is for 60.8 hours per fortnight with additional hours as required. The position is for a 6 month period with a review and possible extension.
The Service Delivery Assistant will support the Service Delivery Manager and Social Support Coordinator with intakes, scheduling staff rosters with client care requirements and general administration tasks associated with Aged Care packages, Veterans Affairs, CHSP, HACC, private brokerage and domestic Service Delivery.

- The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and with the ability to multitask.
- Collaborative, client focused and a positive attitude.
- Be able to work autonomously, under limited direction however collaboratively and within a diverse team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
- Experience working within the Aged Care sector
- Qualifications in Disability, Community Services or equivalent.
- Proficient with technology and experience with Client Management Systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- A commitment to compliance and continuous improvement
Menzies operate a stringent safety screening process for preferred candidates that will require two satisfactory current professional references, an identity check, qualification check, satisfactory national and international (where required) criminal history checks.
- Full Victorian Driver Licence
- Full Working rights in Australia, no restrictions as verified in VEVO
- International Police Check ( where required ) and current within 3 months of report issue date
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance;
