We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service & Delivery Specialist to join our team based in Bunbury
As the Service & Delivery Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring efficiency in service, repair and delivery of mobility and healthcare equipment.
A NDIS Worker Screening check and National Police check will be required for this position.
It is also a requirement that you be fully vaccinated against COVID19.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose faults in a range of healthcare equipment including hospital beds, lifter chairs and scooters
- Service, repair and deliver mobility & healthcare equipment in private homes or facilities
- Undertake efficient scheduling, time management and administrative duties
- Deliver excellence in customer service to a diverse range of people including individual in home clients or professional facilities
- Undertake training and other duties as required
Selection Criteria
- Unrestricted drivers licence
- Experience with Microsoft word, excel, outlook
- Experience in delivering customer service to a diverse group of people including people living with disabilities and the aged
- Aptitude to learn how to build, repair and maintain mobility and health care equipment
- Experience in managing work schedules
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel during working hours
Skills desired
- Mechanically minded and interest in tinkering and repairing equipment
- Electrical Test & Tagging Licence
- Ability to perform manual work - bending, squatting, kneeling
