About the Role:

SoftLabs is seeking Service Intergrationand Management Bundle Lead and SME for ICT Labour hire at their technologyconsulting based in Canberra.

Responsibilities:

SIAMBundle Lead:

• Work closely with the Sourcing Lead and theProgram Office Lead in defining, scoping and managing the delivery of assignedoutcomes.
• Work closely with the EL2 Director inensuring appropriate levels of engagement are being undertaken with existing ITservice management teams.
• Ensure that the Department’s future people,process and technology requirements for SIAM are identified, documented andaddressed.
• Work with all relevant stakeholders todevelop any approach to market documentation for SIAM.
• Undertake, as necessary, research andinvestigation into modern ICT services, practices and delivery models.

SIAM SME:

• Working with a diverse array ofstakeholders to identify and develop SIAM requirements for inclusion inapproaches to market.
• Developing documentation on both currentstate and future state requirements and other relevant documentation asrequired.
• Supporting the SIAM Bundle Lead, SourcingLead, Program Manager and Program Office in their deliverables.

Required skills and experience:

TheSIAM Bundle Lead will have:

• Significant demonstrated experience inimplementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, includingexperience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contractnegotiation, and service implementation.
• Significant demonstrated experience inimplementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environments,including within Government.
• Demonstrated experience with servicemanagement and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and changemanagement skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
• Ability to collaborate with technical andnon-technical teams to identify gaps in strategy, delivery, and capability,resolve complex issues and seek consensus.
• The ability to lead relevant workshops andtechnical discussions to produce a consensus view or outcome.
• Strong written and verbal communicationskills to effectively communicate to stakeholders, executive and technicalstaff. Ability to develop clear and concise documentation for inclusion infuture approaches to market. The ability to clearly articulate requirements,expectations and outcomes is essential.
• The ability to present information andcommunicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
• Ability to work under pressure with closeattention to detail. This includes the ability to plan, coordinate, and trackthe progress of various activities within agreed timelines.

TheSIAM SME will have:

• Demonstrated experience in implementingGovernment ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirementsdevelopment, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and serviceimplementation.
• Demonstrated experience in implementingSIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environment, including withinGovernment.
• Demonstrated experience with servicemanagement and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and changemanagement skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
• Strong verbal and written communication anddocumentation skills. The ability to clearly articulate requirements,expectations and outcomes is essential.
• The ability to present information andcommunicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
• Ability to work under pressure with closeattention to detail. This includes the ability to plan, coordinate, and trackthe progress of various activities within agreed timelines.
