About the Role:
Working as a part of our after sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing Pre-delivery inspections before delivery of equipment to customers
- Provide training to operators whilst promoting our equipment
- Servicing and maintaining our products within our workshop and on site across Western Australia
- Undertake repairs and warranty work on broad range of Municipal and transport equipment
- Attend breakdowns to diagnose and repair faults
- Complete accurate and timely reporting
What we are looking for:
- Trade Qualification as a plant or heavy vehicle mechanic, light vehicle mechanic or mechanical fitter
- Someone with experience operating machinery and equipment
- Exceptional customer service
- Desire to learn and grow within the role
- Valid driver’s license (HR license would be advantageous)
