Service Receptionist / Administrator - Part-Time
Monday – Friday
7.30am - 12.30pm
Now Open!!! Jarvis Toyota has relocated to Brighton Road, Somerton Park and there is a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Time Service Receptionist / Administrator to work at our brand-new purpose built “State of the Art” Toyota Dealership.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills are essential along with computer knowledge, and previous experience in a busy front of office/reception administrative role would be an advantage.
Daily Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist customers as they arrive at our service centre.
- Complete a structured check-in process and gather any additional information on the customer's vehicle concerns and service needs.
- Explain the service process for the day, including confirming timelines for collection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional presentation and good hygiene.
- A natural ability in providing excellent customer service and even going above and beyond the customer's expectations to provide a five-star experience.
- Solid time management skills
- The ability to work well with colleagues within the service team.
