Business Contribution:
Through the promotion of Hydratight’s service business, deliver sales revenue growth for the company in the OPEX/ Maintenance sector. Establish Hydratight as a preferred specialty supplier for shutdown and major maintenance services across the Customers in Western Australia and Northern Territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationship with decision makers / key influencers within major customers to position Hydratight services for sustainable growth.
- Identify, maintain and expand service contracts (key account agreements, new projects, etc.) with the focus on Joint Integrity, On-site machining, sub-sea rentals, hot bolting, specialty shut down services and ILWT.
- Develop quarterly and annual sales plans for respective areas and take ownership of forecasts by meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
- Obtain and analyze market information, including competitive landscape and Total Available Markets to assist with the development and implementation of strategic direction for the Regional services.
- Manage the day to day sales workflow, from opportunity identification to contract management utilizing enterprise tools and CRM systems such as SalesForce (SFDC).
- Prepare and manage value driven proposals, ensure active follow-up and successful conversion into orders.
- Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered to customers through timely delivery of quality equipment and competent manpower.
- Drive the enthusiasm to implement LEAD (continuous improvement program) tools into responsible area.
- Be an ambassador for Safety and Quality Excellence by proactively participating in safety campaigns and driving improvements.
- Represent Hydratight in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally. To follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Required Capabilities:
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Australia O&G and Industrial markets, their competitive dynamics and industry applications.
- Proven efficient customer network across Australia and ability to retain existing and develop and secure new customer business. Knowledge or Regional logistics is preferable.
- Able to forecast and provide accurate commercial information in a customer driven environment is a must.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work efficiently in matrix organization.

- Able and willing to travel across the Region 25-50% of working time.
- Strong Ability to use Computer and Microsoft Office software to generate various reports, make presentations and data management.
- Able to work remotely while maintaining efficient communications with peers and line management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field, mechanical engineering background or a business degree.
- Minimum 5-7 Years of relevant Industry Experience.
