This company is looking for a tradesperson to join their team as a sales and service technician servicing local mine sites in North Queensland. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the mining industry or have a large range of industrial experience within the mechanical or boilermaker space.
Your new role We are currently working with a Townsville based mining contractor who specialise in bulk material handling operations throughout the mining sector across Queensland.
This role will require you to split your time working within the workshop locally as well as on-site for periods of up to 2 weeks at a time, working on the tools for large scale shut downs as well as some sales liaising with clients on site. What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have:
Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter Trade Demonstrated experience in the mining industry Ability to undertake a full mining medical and drug and alcohol screen Open Drivers Licence What you'll get in return This role provides an exciting opportunity to be involved in the growth of a company with outstanding culture.
