This role will require you to deliver the smooth day-to-day audio-visual operations across multiple clients’ premises. You will focus on providing a high level of technical service and client support by demonstrating your technical knowledge, producing quality documentation and maintain client relations.
Your strong communication skills, detail orientation and ability to prioritise tasks will help you excel in building strong rapport with our clients and delivering a high level of service support.
This opening is for someone who is looking for a fantastic opportunity and experience to work with an industry leader and is passionate about AV. This role will also allow you to be proactive in identifying and implementing initiatives for improving service standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling and resolving queries.
- Providing onsite service maintenance and fault finding.
- Service maintenance documentation
- Preventative service inspections
- Service call outs
- Provide technical liaison with clients, engineering and project departments regarding recommended system modifications, design, and upgrades where necessary.
Ideal Candidate profile:
- Experience with audio and video equipment systems
- Knowledge in video conferencing and control systems
- Experience in fault-finding, audio-visual schematics, and digital sound processors.
- Basic networking and programming skills are highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience with LAN/WAN
- Trade qualification in electronics, communications, or Audio Visual or demonstrated industry equivalent.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residence work rights is desired to be able to attend Secure Agency sites.
- Current valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle
