We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Wetherill Park.
Our team is a small team that focuses on delivering premium services to our customers in the Welding Industry and we pride ourselves on having a great family orientated culture.
This role is suited towards someone from auto electrical/electrical component industries that focus on electrical fault finding within wiring diagrams and circuit boards.
Reporting to the Managing Director: Australia and New Zealand, you will largely work autonomously and be responsible for daily organisation of our local service work, Fault Finding, answering technical questions from our service network and aiding in collation of feedback for manufacturing.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining service work and warranty repairs locally.
- Testing and fault finding on welding equipment.
- Provide telephone and email technical support to customers.
- Assist with installs, breakdowns, servicing, and repairs in the field as required.
- Testing and reporting on new equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and update relevant records.
Skills and Experience
Essentials:
- Electrical Licence Essential.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Systematic approach to problem solving.
- Great communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Attention to detail and proven Problem-solving skills are a must.
- Relevant Qualifications (EG: Low Voltage testing etc).
- Diagnosis and repair of Electrical / Electronic equipment testing and repair.
- Ability to understand and interpret electrical diagrams.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
- Medium level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Beneficial but not required:
- Current Forklift Licence.
- Welding knowledge.
- Electrical Contractors Licence.
