About the Role:
We have opportunities at our Lismore branch for a Service Technician (Field). A varied role that will see you working on a range of equipment across John Deere Agricultural, Construction & Forestry and Vermeer machinery and equipment.
This field-based role will entail from general service and repairs to major overhauls and new machine assembly.
You will get the opportunity to work on:
- Compact Construction Equipment
- Tractors
- Golf & Turf Machinery
- Ride on Mowers
- Vermeer equipment
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Great communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience of engine overhauls and major repairs including electrical, hydraulic and diagnostic skills.
- A current and valid driver's licence
- A mature attitude and logical and methodical approach to your work which will enable you to work through problems in both a workshop and field environment.
- Possession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses would be highly regarded
