Responsibilities:
▪ Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with gas and electrical equipment, performing maintenance and repairs.
▪ Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
▪ Collaborate with our Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
▪ Technical knowledge and understanding of commercial kitchen equipment.
▪ Experience in repairs and maintenance of commercial cooking equipment.
▪ Evidence of OEM training would be advantageous.
▪ Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
▪ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
▪ Proficiency with computers are essential.
Licencing Requirements:
- Full Gas Fitting or Restricted Gas Fitting licence - Type A Gas Appliances.
OR
- Full Electrical Worker or Restricted Electrical licence.
AND
- Current Driver’s Licence.
Experience:
▪ 2 + Years in Gas &/or Electric Commercial Cooking Equipment.
▪ Proficiency with computers is required.
▪ Specific training will be provided for other aspects of the role.
