About the Role
As an experienced, Qualified Plumber with a contractors license, you'll play an important role in our team. While looking after the installation, maintenance and repair of Billi premium instant filtered water systems, you'll make sure our customers have an engaging, professional experience with us. Plumbing is involved, but the great thing is...it's not a messy job. Plus, you get to run your own show, while always having access to an awesome team who's there to help.
A typical day
- Start work from your first service call
- Meet customers, have a chat, then get into the task at hand
- Install, maintain or repair a Billi under sink water system
- Figure out technical problems and come up with a plan of action
- Keep an eye on your supplies and order what you need
- Work safely
- Be the master of your own destiny
- Trade certificate in plumbing with a contractors license is a must
- Experience in water treatment system installation, maintenance and repair
- A focus on good quality customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Eligible to go through a security clearance if you currently don’t have one
