What you’ll do:

  • Deliver sustainable technology services supporting business outcomes by leading the development and operation of the Release Management processes.
  • Manage and optimise the Change Management process across the DevSecOps framework, promoting collaboration and participation between all vendors and internal suppliers, including the coordination and chairing of all Change Advisory Boards.
  • Manage process adherence and education on Service Transition across vendors and internal suppliers.
  • Develop and enhance the Service Transition and change management capability through automation and integration of data and approval workflows.
  • Maintain and support Digital Configuration Management processes and ensure that changes to the Digital environments are documented, well understood and improve the business performance.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the accountable processes and services with a focus on enhancing performance, security and risk management
What we are looking for:
  • Degree qualifications in technology management or related fields or equivalent extensive experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate ideally V4 or equivalent extensive experience
  • DevSecOps Foundation Certificate or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of DevSecOps, Agile and Service Management frameworks
  • High level experience in Change, Release and Configuration Management implementation and demonstrated technology governance and operational experience\
  • Industry experience or specialist qualifications in ITIL, DevSecOps and Agile practices.
  • Extensive Service Management experience in an Infrastructure, Application or Business Services environment
  • Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across management levels up to and including Chief Executive Officer
  • Proven facilitation experience and excellent written & verbal communication skills
