Required Skills and Experience:

Job Description

1. ServiceNow architecture planning, evaluation, and estimation
2. Review Agile delivery schedules, readiness, estimations.
3. Technical guidance to Engineering teams.
4. Review ServiceNow platform stability and quality
5. Review non-functional and operational requirements are considered and factored in work backlogs
6. Work with ServiceNow and Platform Architects to provide technical inputs and guidance

Experience /Skills Required
Over 15 years in Software Engineering, Development and Production Environments

1. Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform
2. Good understanding of Remedy
3. Hands on experience in Agile Delivery
4. Great communication skills
5. ServiceNow platform engineering background, with experience to estimate platform development effort
