Our global professional services client is seeking ServiceNow Development Analysts.
This is a permanent position based in Canberra or Melbourne, and offers the chance to:
- Craft hands-on ServiceNow solutions like modules, workflows, and custom requests.
- Analyze and develop technical requirements, providing expert configuration across diverse areas.
- Partner with clients, defining technical scope and delivering impactful advisory services.
- Own your development journey, creating roadmaps and guiding detailed design & implementation.
- Masterfully handle unit testing, ensuring smooth transitions to production.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow Workflow, CSM portal, and Integration Hub.
- Proven ability to manage relationships, conduct workshops, and deliver business requirements using ServiceNow functionality.
- Passion for driving service excellence with Agile methodology.
- Mastery in one or more ServiceNow applications like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, or IRM.
- ITSM or CSM experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certifications.
