About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of configuring and administering our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the diverse needs of our users. With a focus on enhancing user navigation and developing seamless procedures, you'll play a key role in matching our customers with the exceptional products and services they deserve.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and solve challenges within our existing framework.
- Create efficient processes in ServiceNow to enhance user access and navigation.
- Work closely with project managers to set timelines, specifications, and budgets.
- Implement and monitor changes for a seamless transition.
- Provide comprehensive training to staff on new procedures.
- Keep supervisors updated with regular status reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for both staff and customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Background in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
- Certified as a ServiceNow – System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified as a ServiceNow – Application Developer (CAD).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule.
