The Organisation

Adelaide Venue Management Corporation, operator of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful event venues - the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC), Coopers Stadium (CS) and The Drive – currently has opportunities available for 2 Set Crew Team Leaders for the Adelaide Convention Centre.

The Role

As a part of the Set Crew leadership team, lead the team to set tables, décor and paraphernalia for South Australia’s most prestigious and important events. We are seeking fit, reliable, detail orientated, problem solvers to join our Event Floor team as casual Set Crew Team Leader.

There are no 2 days the same, so if you like variety this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Setting all rooms and events to the appropriate standard, in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring all equipment and resources are handled as per safe operating procedures
• Ensure all crockery, glassware, cutlery is always clean and positioned as per Adelaide Venue Management Corporation standard.
• Ensuring all storage areas are maintained in a tidy and safe condition.
• Display high energy levels, lively personality and be physically fit.
• Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude.
• Good availability and flexibility over a 7-day roster, working days, nights and weekends is paramount.
