ABOUT THE ROLE
Foxwood Custom Joinery is looking for a Full Time Setter Out to join our team in Brendale, QLD. You must have advanced experience with Pytha in a shop fitting / cabinet making industry.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 8 hour days starting from 6am (but can be flexible with the starting time).
You will be working on a wide variety of joinery projects and shopfitting contracts. You must have advanced knowledge of Pytha, be punctual and reliable, while having good work ethic to work by yourself and also with the team around you.
DUTIES INCLUDE
(but not limited to)
- Complete Set Out drawings accurately within tight deadlines
- Produce and relay important Set Out information to the manufacturing team
- Complete cutting lists and orders as required
- Identify ways to improve systems or processes
- Be willing to work overtime
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate must have;
- Read, understand and interpret construction/shop drawings
- Excellent ability to prioritise tasks and work in a multitask environment
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work with a team at all levels of the organisation
- High competency levels in the manufacture of high quality Joinery
- Construction knowledge with an extensive Cabinetmaking/shopfitting experience
- Understanding of specifications for projects.
- Practical knowledge of WHS
