Settlement Coordinator (Mortgages)

We are currently looking for the right person to join the team and fulfill the Settlement Coordinator role long term.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor. They must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, effective time management, and a proactive commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Mortgage settlement experience is essential*****

Responsibilities

• Coordinating settlement in a timely manner/expected settlement date. 
• Go above and beyond to ensure our clients are provided with a superior customer experience
• Learn and understand every banks settlement process and keep up to date with all the changes. 
• Liaising with the external stakeholders and bank BDMS
• Client updates every 2-3 days 
• Assisting clients with the setup of their new home loan and ensuring their funds are all in order for settlement.
• Assisting clients with loan document signing 
• Ad hoc tasks
