We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented superstar to join our team on a casual basis as a Settlement Preparation Officer supporting with the mortgage process that helps people secure their dream home.
About the Role
The Settlement Preparation Officer will attend to the processing of mortgage settlement instructions and check directions to ensure timely, accurate completion of settlements. This includes following up cheque directions from solicitors, obtaining payout figures and preparing mortgage settlement instructions as well as associated administration tasks.

- · You are organised and able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
- · You are able to work in a high pressure and high volume work environment
- · Bonus points if you have previous experience in the mortgage industry
