Wizard Pharmcy Joondalup is looking for a new member to join our fun and motivated team to help manage our Shoe section as well as assist with general pharmacy shop floor service.
About the role
This role is suitable for an active, fashion loving, customer service orientated individual. You will join our team be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Warmly welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product selection.
- Provide prompt and attentive service.
- Maintain a clean and organised shop floor.
- Maintain outstanding merchandising disciplines.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous manner.
Skills and experience
- Previous retail and customer service experience.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strives to exceed sales KPI.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Excellent communication skills are required as this is a sales focused position with a high level of customer care. Shoe sales experience is preferable but not essential as we will provide ongoing training and support to assist in their development.
Bonus's are available for meeting and exceeding sales targets in the shoe department.
Previous pharmacy experience would also be beneficial but not essential.
Working days would include 3-4 weeksdays and possibly a saturday, with approximately 15-20 hours per week. The possibility for more hours is available for the right applicant in the future.
