Shop Manager – Lifeline Forster
We are seeking an experienced Shop Manager for our Forster Shop who can work in a diverse environment, supervise and train volunteers and work with a supportive upper management structure.
The successful applicant must possess the following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Retail Manager
- Merchandising, recruitment and training experience
- Strong interpersonal and selling skills
- Excellent customer service and rapport building skills
- Good people management skills
- Experience working with volunteers
- Hands-on leadership skills
- Highly motivated and dynamic individual
- 35 hrs per week (5 x 7 hrs per day)
