Short Order Cook
Hartfield Country Club is a challenging 18 hole Championship Course set in a natural bushland with views of the Darling Range. In Forrestfield, just 10 minutes from the International Airport and 20 minutes from the CBD. We are seeking a Short Order Cook to grow our team.
About the role:
This is a position primarily scheduled during the lunch period Thursday to Sunday which also includes Friday evenings. It is important to note that the hours may extend beyond the typical 25-30 hours per week, depending on the needs and demands of the job.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Provide a high-quality product that is prepared consistently based on set standards.
- Preparation and cooking for lunch services as well as some functions.
- Food safety, dietary and allergy requirements.
- Be reliable, positive and prompt, have the ability to work under pressure and offer exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with Management.
The successful candidate:
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Outgoing, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional food and service.
- Good time management skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
- Two (2) years of cookery experience within a licensed club, pub or restaurant would be advantageous.
