Hartfield Country Club is a challenging 18 hole Championship Course set in a natural bushland with views of the Darling Range.  In Forrestfield, just 10 minutes from the International Airport and 20 minutes from the CBD.  We are seeking a Short Order Cook to grow our team.

About the role:

This is a position primarily scheduled during the lunch period Thursday to Sunday which also includes Friday evenings.  It is important to note that the hours may extend beyond the typical 25-30 hours per week, depending on the needs and demands of the job.

Responsibilities and duties will include:

• Provide a high-quality product that is prepared consistently based on set standards.
• Preparation and cooking for lunch services as well as some functions.
• Food safety, dietary and allergy requirements.
• Be reliable, positive and prompt, have the ability to work under pressure and offer exceptional customer service. 
• Liaise with Management.

  
The successful candidate:

• Food Safety Certificate.
• Outgoing, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional food and service.
• Good time management skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team. 
• Two (2) years of cookery experience within a licensed club, pub or restaurant would be advantageous.
