Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- General computer literacy required
- Social media marketing experience is advantageous.
- Graphic design skills/experience is advantageous.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- General operation of POS system
- Scheduling client consults
- Answering phones and monitoring emails
- Managing social media accounts, including interacting with customers on behalf of the business, editing and uploading content, and achiving marketing deliverables.
- Opening and closing of the showroom in line with rostered shift responsibilities.
- Contribute to staff meetings by providing marketing performance updates and following up on outstanding content.
- Attend supplier representative meetings as part of product knowledge enhancement.
