Rivoland Tiles are seeking a passionate & motivated Showroom Sales & Customer Service representative to join our wonderful staff on a permanent full-time basis. Part-time applicants will also be considered!
Duties & tasks:
- Greet and welcome all customers in the showroom as their first point of contact with our brand
- Assist clients in achieving their desired aesthetics with our range of innovative products
- Process stock orders and invoices
- Facilitating all aspects of the sales process
- Building relationships with new & existing customers, delivering an exceptional experience
- Maintaining a great depth of knowledge on Rivoland’s products
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and showroom displays
Experience & attributes:
- Experience with design documents & plans
- Prior sales experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask & prioritise work under time constraints
- Availability Monday through Friday for 9-5 hours, and 9-1:30 hours on Saturdays
- Enthusiastic & vibrant attitude
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
