Shuttle Bus Driver/ Detailer

If you answered yes to these questions then we would like to speak with you. Crazy Clarks Car Rentals is looking for individuals who can exceed our guests customer service expectations, while transporting them to and from our office in Coolangatta.
 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating an assigned Shuttle Bus on a designated transportation route.
• Further responsible for the safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers, and luggage
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift supervisors, managers, etc.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance and safety standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
• Provide daily transportation services of passengers at designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Provides excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions to nearest highway, destination, etc.
• Immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment.
• Always maintain a clean work environment.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Have ability to take directions and be able to work under stressful situations.
• Must be flexible with schedule and be able to work evenings, days, holidays and weekends.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and have desire to work with other people in a team environment.
• Must be able to drive standard and automatic transmissions.
